Korn Ferry is seeking a Principal/Consultant to deliver organizational strategy, operating model design, and governance processes across diverse industries. You will lead complex transformations, advance strategy implementation, and work with multinational teams to drive measurable business value.

You will guide senior executives, design solutions, and oversee engagement delivery while ensuring quality, profitability, and client satisfaction across global accounts.

Formación

• A relevant higher (Master’s or Doctorate) degree plus considerable (7-10+ years) relevant work experience in consultancy or client HR/OD.
• Significant experience solving large-scale business transformation and strategy implementation in multinational contexts.
• Experience in change management and leading project teams.

Responsabilidades

• Develop business and lead proposals by articulating a compelling vision for transformation; grow existing accounts and identify new business opportunities.
• Design and roll out organizational health checks and diagnostics.
• Understand the links between leadership, structure, talent, and culture.
• Articulate a compelling case for change and coach client leaders to champion and drive change.
• Develop detailed change management plans.
• Scope, define, and lead transformation interventions leveraging organizational design, analytics, process review, strategy implementation, and cultural change.
• Manage engagement delivery including client satisfaction, project scope, quality, and profitability.
• Build and lead collaborative engagement teams and coach members to reach their potential.
• Facilitate workshops with leaders up to Board level and balance stakeholder needs.
