Job summary

Alira Health is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our HEOR practice in Spain. You will lead projects with Engagement Managers and Partners, delivering global and local cost-effectiveness and budget impact models, and helping adapt models to local HTA contexts.

You will contribute to thought leadership and proposals, oversee analysts, ensure high-quality outputs, and support business development in a fast-moving, collaborative environment that values courage, accountability and inclusivity.

Qualifications

• Experience designing HTA-ready economic models.
• Strong HTA submission knowledge (NICE, HAS, etc.).
• Proven project and team management.
• Experience with global/local model adaptations.

Responsibilities

• Project execution and billability management.
• Coordinate client engagements and lead meetings.
• Oversee development of reports and deliverables.
• Support business development and proposals.
• Provide thought leadership through publications.
