Job summary

Alira Health SLU is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our HEOR practice. You will own projects from planning to delivery, work with Engagement Managers and Partners, and ensure on-time, high-quality results across global and local HEOR engagements.

You will design economic models (CEMs, BIMs), support HTA submissions, contribute to business development, and help develop internal resources and external publications while collaborating in a multicultural, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of professional experience in top consulting and Life Sciences companies.
• Experience designing and building HTA-ready economic models (CEMs, BIMs) and adapting models to local submissions.
• Strong understanding of HTA submission processes (NICE, SMC, HAS, G-BA, CDA, and other countries).
• Graduate degree in Life Sciences, Business, Economics, or Engineering; specialized Masters in Economics or related disciplines are a plus.
• Experience in managing projects and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Project Execution/ Billability (70%-90%): manage execution, plan approach, and deliver client questions with limited guidance.
• Coordinate client and stakeholder engagements, lead meetings, and report on project execution.
• Guide and review quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify client issues and deliverables.
• Coordinate the creation of reports, presentations, workshops and other deliverables.
• Ensure high quality, timely, and accurate complex deliverables.
• Provide oversight and direction to team members throughout the project development.
• Ensure compliance with policies, vision, and values.
• Business Development/ Corporate Initiatives (up to 20%): support BD process from lead discovery to proposal defense.
• Thought Leadership (up to 10%): support development of white papers and publications.
