Job summary

Alira Health is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead HEOR projects, including global and local HTA-ready economic models, BIMs, and early CEMs. You will manage project execution, coordinate client engagements, and contribute to proposals and thought leadership in a multicultural environment.

The role requires strong Excel/VBA modeling skills, experience with R/Python, and excellent communication. Fluency in English is essential; other languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree with a strong track record in Life Sciences, Economics, Business, or Engineering.
• Experience designing and building HTA-ready economic models (CEMs, BIMs) for HTA submissions.
• Experience with global-to-local model adaptations and early CEMs/BIMs.

Responsibilities

• Manage execution of HEOR projects from planning to delivery with limited guidance.
• Coordinate client engagements and lead meetings and reporting.
• Oversee development of economic models and associated reports and presentations.
• Coach Associates and Analysts during project delivery.
• Support business development with proposals and client interactions.
