Beyond is seeking a consultant who can transform ill-defined problems into clear, executable plans. You will work with senior clients to develop growth and commercial transformation strategies, defending your recommendations and driving value creation across engagements.

You will collaborate with partners and portfolio companies, using data, pricing, and channel analysis to shape outcomes. The role emphasizes practical impact and AI-enabled improvements.

Qualifications

Around 4–6 years of experience in consulting, strategy, business development or a similar role.
Ability to take a poorly defined problem and turn it into a clear plan that a management team can start executing.
Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to defend recommendations to senior clients.

Responsibilities

Work end-to-end on growth and commercial transformation projects.
Analyze sales funnels to identify where value is lost and where improvements are needed.
Build business cases for new channels, markets, or commercial initiatives.
Analyze pricing, margins, conversion, and sales productivity.
Develop and defend recommendations with clients.
Design pilots and track real-world results.
Support PE portfolio companies to accelerate commercial value creation.
Explore how AI, automation and digital models can improve sales and customer operations.
