Job summary

Atos is seeking an AI Transformation Consulting Principal to lead the design, sale and execution of AI transformation programs for clients. The role blends strategy, technology, governance and value realisation to scale AI, copilots and GenAI solutions.

You will drive operating model design, governance and change management, while mentoring multidisciplinary teams and supporting business development across accounts.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years in consulting, digital transformation, or tech delivery.
• Experience leading large AI/GenAI transformation programs.
• Advanced English; strong executive and team leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, sale, and execution of AI transformation programs for clients.
• Define vision, roadmaps, and business cases for AI adoption.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, data, product, architecture, and engineering.
• Support business development, proposals, and account growth.
