Nexthink is seeking a Senior End User Experience Manager to lead a 9-person global EUE team and redefine internal IT support. You will drive a modern, AI-augmented, largely self-service model, anchored by Spark and a new AI-powered ITSM platform, while collaborating with Engineering and Product to shape development.

You will champion Nexthink's DEX internally, apply ISO27001/SOC2 controls, and manage budget and stakeholder expectations at an executive level.

Formación

• 5+ years of hands-on people management experience, ideally leading distributed/global teams.
• Experience managing IT end-user support or workplace technology at scale.
• Automation and AI-driven support tooling experience.
• Strong enthusiasm for Digital Employee Experience (DEX) and internal advocacy.
• Ability to work with Engineering/Product teams and provide structured feedback.
• Strong analytical mindset with data, SLAs, and KPIs.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II frameworks; ITIL certification.
• University degree; native Spanish with professional-level English.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a 9-person global EUE team across five countries.
• Own the full IT Workplace experience end-to-end (devices, peripherals, remote office infra).
• Drive adoption of Spark and the new AI-powered ITSM platform.
• Collaborate directly with Engineering and Product teams building these platforms.
• Manage budget for tooling, vendor contracts, and team resourcing.
• Act as internal champion for Nexthink's DEX and ensure security/compliance practices.
