Launchmetrics is hiring a senior full‑stack engineer to build scalable backend systems with PHP/Laravel and craft responsive frontend components with React. You will design APIs, write tests, and own architectural decisions while leveraging AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery.

You’ll collaborate with design and product teams, maintain dependencies, and ensure code quality, security, and maintainability in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Engineering or Master in CS with 5+ years in full-stack SaaS.
• Strong PHP and MySQL 8 experience with Laravel.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery.
• Familiar with modern bundling tools (Vite/Esbuild/webpack).
• Fluent English; good communication across a fast-paced team.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain back-end systems with PHP 8+ and Laravel.
• Develop front-end components using React and tooling like Vite/Esbuild.
• Design and maintain APIs for high performance.
• Write unit tests for front-end and back-end code.
• Collaborate with design/product teams for user-friendly interfaces.
• Review code and contribute to architecture decisions.
• Maintain dependencies with npm and composer; ensure security.
• Document codebase, APIs, and system architecture.
• Evaluate and define internal AI usage standards.
• Create reusable AI workflows and prompts for consistency.
