Nextlane, a software company transforming the automotive industry, is looking for an experienced engineer to design, develop, and deliver complex features across our applications. You will build scalable backend services with .NET and frontend with React/Next, drive architectural decisions, and ensure quality through testing, CI/CD, and robust security.

With 4–5+ years of experience, strong English and Spanish, you’ll join a global team that values learning, collaboration, and measurable

Formación

• Experience developing backend services with .NET.
• Frontend experience with React/Next.
• Proven ability to build, maintain, and scale production applications.
• Strong knowledge of architecture, design patterns, and SOLID principles.
• Experience designing automated testing strategies (unit/integration/UI).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
• Familiarity with Git workflows, code quality, and observability.
• Ability to evaluate architectural trade-offs for complex systems.

Responsabilidades

• Own the design, development, and delivery of complex features and systems across our applications.
• Build scalable, maintainable, and high-quality solutions using .Net and React/Next.
• Drive technical decisions balancing business needs, delivery timelines, performance, and maintainability.
• Contribute to backend/frontend architecture, engineering standards, and practices.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to deliver outstanding user experiences.
• Lead complex functionalities and ensure applications are reliable, secure, and performant.
• Define and improve testing, release, and quality practices for safe delivery.
• Identify risks early and propose solutions to reduce complexity.
• Lead refactoring and modernization initiatives to improve code health.
• Mentor engineers through technical guidance and code reviews.
