Octopus Energy is expanding its frontend team in Spain, building and scaling our es.es customer onboarding and private area. You’ll drive frontend architecture end-to-end, collaborating with Marketing and international engineering teams across Europe.

The role emphasizes TypeScript/React expertise, Next.js, GraphQL, and CSS-in-JS within a dynamic, fast-paced environment that values innovation and flexibility.

Formación

• Senior Frontend Engineer with strong frontend architecture skills.
• Deep expertise in TypeScript and React.
• Experience with Next.js and hosting on Vercel.
• GraphQL as a data layer.
• CSS-in-JS solutions; PandaCSS a plus.
• Solid testing with Vitest, RTL, Playwright.
• Experience in monorepo environments.
• Collaborative, fast-paced, and adaptive mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate internationally with ES and global teams to develop features.
• Own key frontend modules in the customer area and onboarding flows.
• Deliver high-impact frontend code aligned with real customer needs.
• Drive fast-paced improvements in a flexible, agile culture.
• Optionally contribute to backend work (Python/Django, GraphQL).
