Octopus Energy in Spain seeks a Senior Frontend Engineer to own frontend architecture for onboarding flows, private areas, and customer dashboards. You’ll collaborate with international teams to deliver high-impact frontend features across Europe.

You’ll focus on TypeScript/React, Next.js, GraphQL, and CSS-in-JS while keeping an eye on backend opportunities (Python/Django) if you’re interested. Hybrid setup in Barcelona/Valencia; full-time role.

Formación

• Strong, proven experience as a Senior Frontend Engineer with modern frontend architecture.
• Deep expertise in TypeScript and React.
• Hands-on experience with Next.js, ideally hosted on Vercel.
• Experience working with GraphQL as a data layer.
• CSS-in-JS solutions; PandaCSS a plus.
• Solid testing practices with Vitest, React Testing Library, and Playwright.
• Experience working within a monorepo structure.
• A flexible, collaborative mindset in a fast-paced environment.
