Luxoft in Spain is seeking a Palantir Foundry & AIP Engineer to design, build, and operationalize AI-powered workflows within the Foundry ecosystem. You will work directly with stakeholders to translate complex business needs into scalable, production-ready solutions that maximize Foundry and AIP value.

Formación

• Minimum 10 years of IT/Data experience.
• Minimum 5 years as a Data Platform/Data Engineer.
• 2+ years with Palantir Foundry ecosystem.
• Strong Python, PySpark, SQL and data modelling skills.
• Practical experience with AIP features such as RAG, copilots, or agents.
• Ability to work independently with non-technical users.
• Strong ownership and delivery mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable pipelines within Palantir Foundry.
• Support AIP use cases including copilots and agent-based apps.
• Implement RAG workflows and vector search integrations.
• Work with Ontology-Augmented Generation where needed.
• Collaborate with senior engineers on agent design & evaluation.
• Capture requirements and deliver working applications.
• Provide training and support to business teams.
• Ensure data quality, governance and responsible AI.
