Luxoft is seeking a Palantir Foundry & AIP Engineer with hands-on experience across the full Foundry ecosystem and Palantir's AI Platform (AIP). You will design, build, and operationalize AI-powered workflows, agents, and applications that drive tangible business outcomes.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who translates complex business needs into scalable technical solutions, and can engage directly with stakeholders to maximize value from Foundry and AIP in a senior role.

Formación

• 10+ years in IT/Data are required.
• 5+ years as a Data Platform Engineer/Data Engineer.
• 2+ years with Palantir Foundry ecosystem (data integration, ontology, pipelines, applications).
• Strong Python, PySpark, SQL and data modelling skills.
• Experience with AIP features (RAG, copilots, or agent-based apps).

Responsabilidades

• Data & Workflow Engineering: design, develop, and maintain scalable pipelines within Palantir Foundry.
• AIP & AI Enablement: design and deploy AIP use cases such as copilots and agents.
• Ground agents and logic flows using RAG with embedding/vector search and ontology sources.
• Use Ontology-Augmented Generation for operational decisions where data and actions are embedded.
• Collaborate with senior engineers on agent design, instructions, and evaluation using AIP features.
• End-to-End Delivery: work with stakeholders to capture requirements and deliver applications.
• User Engagement: provide training and support for business teams adopting Foundry and AIP.
• Governance & Trust: ensure data quality, governance and responsible AI use.
• Continuous Improvement: identify opportunities to expand AIP adoption and automation.
