Luxoft Spain is seeking a Palantir Foundry & AIP Engineer to design, build, and operationalize AI-powered workflows within the Foundry ecosystem. You will translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions and work directly with stakeholders to maximize value.

The role demands hands-on experience across Foundry and AIP, strong Python/PySpark/SQL skills, and the ability to deliver end-to-end data-driven applications with governance and trust in mind.

Formación

• 10+ years in IT/Data
• 5+ years as a Data Platform Engineer/Data Engineer
• 2+ years with Palantir Foundry ecosystem
• Strong Python/PySpark/SQL and data modelling skills
• Practical experience with AIP features (RAG copilots, agents)
• Ability to work independently with non-technical users
• Willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi by year end

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain Palantir Foundry pipelines and apps
• Support AIP use cases: copilots, retrieval workflows, decision-support agents
• Ground agents and logic flows using RAG with data sources and vector search
• Collaborate with senior engineers on agent design and evaluation
• Deliver end-to-end solutions and provide user training and support
• Ensure data governance and responsible AI practices
