Job summary

Revolut is recruiting a Business Risk Manager to join the first line of defence and shape the crypto risk program. You will coordinate the risk management framework, identify and document risks, and test controls across the crypto entity to uphold safety and resilience.

The role emphasizes producing management information on exposures, developing risk procedures, and designing leading indicators to monitor risk against predefined limits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in risk management within financial services or technology.
• Expertise in risk identification, monitoring, and controls (implementation and testing).
• Ability to interpret and organise complex data to enable risk-based decisions.
• Solid track record of achievement in a business environment or academic setting.
• Organised and methodological approach with ability to multitask.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the application of the risk management framework within our crypto entity.
• Identify, assess, document, and review risks.
• Independently test controls.
• Develop procedures related to risk management.
• Design key risk indicators and monitor them against limits.
• Register and manage risk incidents, and deliver relevant reports.
• Prepare management information related to risk exposures.
• Implement business continuity requirements.
