Overview

Junior FP&A Analyst Role Description: As a key member of our financial planning and analysis team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business goals across the Iberia and Latin America regions. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with various business units, contributing to strategic decision-making and enhancing overall financial performance.

Responsibilities
  • Financial Analysis and Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, highlighting key insights and trends.
  • Variance Analysis: Conduct variance analysis to compare actual performance against budget and forecasts, providing actionable recommendations.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Support the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data.
  • Business Partnering: Work closely with various business units to understand their financial needs and provide analytical support to drive business performance.
  • Financial Modeling: Assist in the development and maintenance of financial models to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.
  • Data Management and Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret financial data to provide meaningful insights and support decision-making.
  • Ad-hoc Analysis: Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis as requested by management to support strategic initiatives and special projects.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Min. 3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, accounting, or a related field (internships included).
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with financial software and ERP systems is a plus.
  • Languages: Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
