American International Group is seeking a Financial Lines Senior Claims Adjuster to manage high value, complex claims from inquiry to resolution, providing expert technical guidance and stakeholder collaboration.

The role requires law qualifications and fluent English, with responsibility for training, QA support, and acting as deputy to the Team Manager in a fast-paced, in-office environment.

Formación

• Law degree preferred.
• Fluent in English.
• Advanced knowledge of regulatory and litigation requirements for Financial Lines.
• Experience in negotiation, mediation and dispute resolution.

Responsabilidades

• Manage high value, complex Financial Lines claims from inquiry through liability assessment and quantum analysis to resolution.
• Communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders to drive timely outcomes.
• Act as deputy to Team Manager; provide training and act as technical referral point for colleagues.
• Support QA/Regional Audit processes and communicate developments and outcomes to key stakeholders.
