American International Group (AIG) is seeking a Head of Financial Lines for Iberia to drive underwriting strategy and profitability across Iberia, coordinating with EMEAI leaders and local management.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and cross-functional influence to align underwriting with sales, claims, actuarial, and finance while expanding the portfolio and optimizing risk and return across markets in Spain and Portugal.

Formación

• Proven leadership in underwriting leadership roles in financial lines or equivalent.
• Strong strategic planning and execution across Iberia markets.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration with sales, claims, actuarial, and finance.

Responsabilidades

• Develops/monitors/manages Financial Lines underwriting strategy in the Iberia region.
• Manages and leads Cyber/FI/MLC/PICom underwriting teams with P&L ownership.
• Ensures alignment with Sales, Client engagement, Claims, Actuarial, Operations and Finance.
