Job summary

PwC España is hiring for a Financial Due Diligence position within Deals Transaction Services. You will join an international team and use Data & Analytics tools to derive insights that support mergers, acquisitions and financing transactions., working to maximise value for clients in an international setting.

The role involves buy-side and sell-side due diligence, analysing financial assumptions and critical value drivers, with day-to-day operations conducted in English.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business/Economics or Engineering.
• Fluent in English (day-to-day work will be in English).
• 2-3 years of experience in transaction services or audit.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced Excel and Power Point skills.
• Data analytics will be a plus (Power BI, Power Query, Power Pivot, Alteryx).

Responsibilities

• Contribute to financial due diligence projects for buyers or vendors.
• Critically review key value drivers and historical versus projected figures.
• Leverage Data & Analytics tools to deliver actionable insights.
• Assist clients with price adjustment definitions and analysis.
