Job summary

PwC España is seeking a Financial Due Diligence professional to join Deals Transaction Services. You will analyze financial, commercial and operational aspects of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and related strategies.

You will leverage data analytics tools such as Power BI and Excel to deliver actionable insights and assist in value realization for clients. Spanish is a plus, and travel flexibility is expected.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business / Economics or engineering.
• Fluent in English; day-to-day work in English.
• Spanish will be a plus (not mandatory).
• 2–8 years of experience in audit, financial due diligence, corporate finance or private equity.
• Strong analytical skills; strong interpersonal skills.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Data analytics experience with Power BI, Power Query, Power Pivot & Alteryx.
• Flexibility to travel.

Our principal focuses as regards to this position are in the areas of:

• Financial due diligence projects, working for either the acquirer or the vendor. Both private equity houses (including some of the top worldwide names) and major international and national corporate clients.
• Critical review of the key value drivers of the business, both for the historical period or financial projections.
• Leverage the use of Data & Analytics toolsto focus our efforts in deliv ering insights: our view on the main financial and business issues or upsides identified during our work
• Provide support to our clients in price adjustment definitions and analysis

Requirements:

Degree in Business / Economics or engineering
