Responsibilities

• Financial due diligence projects, working for either the acquirer or the vendor. Both private equity houses (including some of the top worldwide names) and major international and national corporate clients.
• Critical review of the key value drivers of the business, both for the historical period or financial projections.
• Leverage the use of Data & Analytics tools to focus our efforts in delivering insights: our view on the main financial and business issues or upsides identified during our work.
• Provide support to our clients in price adjustment definitions and analysis.

Requirements

• Degree in Business/Economics or Engineering.
• Fluent in English (day-to-day work will be in English).
• 2-3 years of experience in transaction services or audit departments.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced Excel and Power Point skills.
• Data analytics will be a plus (Power BI, Power Query, Power Pivot, Alteryx).
