Job summary

PwC Barcelona is seeking a Financial Due Diligence Analyst to join the Deals Transaction Services team. You will support buy- and sell-side due diligence for mergers, acquisitions and financing transactions, delivering data-driven insights.

The role requires a degree in Business, Economics, or Engineering, fluency in English, strong analytical skills, and advanced Excel; Spanish is a plus. Travel flexibility and international exposure are expected.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business/Economics or Engineering.
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
• 2-3 years of experience in audit or related field.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Data analytics experience (Power BI, Power Query, Power Pivot & Alteryx).

Responsibilities

• Support buy-side and sell-side due diligence for mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
• Analyse and provide insights on financial assumptions and projections.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Europe, USA and LATAM.
• Assist in delivering data-driven insights to maximize deal value.
