Oliver Wyman invites students pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree to join as interns in Madrid, contributing to real client projects from day one. You’ll conduct research, perform analyses, and help craft client recommendations while learning from seasoned consultants.

You’ll participate in structured training, receive ongoing coaching, and expand your network across industries and capabilities within a supportive, inclusive culture.

Formación

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s degree; any major welcomed.
• Demonstrated initiative, creativity and problem-solving mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to client projects through research, analysis, and problem solving; help develop client recommendations.
• Collaborate with experienced consultants in team discussions and client interactions.
• Receive coaching and feedback to grow consulting skills across industries.
