Factorial HR in Barcelona seeks a senior procurement lead to shape strategy, manage supplier relationships, and scale purchasing across departments.

You will own P2P processes in Oracle NetSuite, drive cost savings, ensure policy compliance, and collaborate with Marketing, HR, Finance, and Accounting.

Fluency in Spanish and English, strong analytical and leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced growth environment are essential.

Formación

• Senior-level experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Vendor/Contract Management, or Finance.
• Strong track record in contract negotiation and renewal planning with multi-vendor coordination.
• Proficiency with Excel and ERP systems; Oracle NetSuite a plus.
• Fluent in Spanish (B2+) and English (written and spoken).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical thinking and proactive process-improvement mindset.
