FTI Consulting in Madrid is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to support the Southern Europe region (Spain, Portugal and Italy). You will lead compliance, financial reporting and internal controls in a multi-jurisdictional environment with a strong focus on US GAAP, IFRS/local GAAP and SOX requirements.

You will collaborate with EMEA finance leadership, Payroll, Shared Services and local teams to deliver high‑quality financial insight and robust governance across Southern Europe.

Formación

• Senior Finance Manager with strong technical accounting capability.
• Hands-on compliance across multiple jurisdictions under US GAAP/IFRS.
• Ability to deliver timely financial statements and maintain internal controls in a SOX environment.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure US GAAP and local GAAP compliance and prepare technical accounting memos.
• Manage month-end close, financial statements, VAT and statutory tax returns.
• Coordinate SOX controls and liaise with internal audit.
• Lead coordination with Shared Services for Spain, Portugal and Italy.
• Support payroll oversight in partnership with HR.
• Develop local procedures and training to promote consistency.
