Job summary

PowerCo Battery Spain S.A.U. seeks a Senior Expert Factory Engineer to lead design, optimization and standardization of manufacturing systems at our Sagunto facility. You will drive Lean, Six Sigma and digital analytics to improve productivity, quality and cost efficiency across the plant network.

You will collaborate with global teams, define capacity and workforce needs, and support strategic expansions while mentoring engineers and promoting cross-site knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• More than 3 years experience in battery sector.
• Fluent in English.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, optimization and continuous improvement of manufacturing systems.
• Define and standardize industrial engineering methodologies across sites.
• Drive Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen and data-driven improvements to boost productivity, quality and cost efficiency.
• Develop capacity planning, line balancing and resource utilization studies.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with Production, Maintenance, Quality and Automation.
• Mentor engineers and support talent development across the network.
• Collaborate with HQ and other plants to align standards and best practices.
