PowerCo in Sagunto, Spain, is seeking an Expert Factory Engineer to lead the design, optimization, and continuous improvement of complex manufacturing systems. You will apply Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen and data-driven methods to boost productivity, quality and cost efficiency across the plant and to standardize practices across the PowerCo network.

You will design production systems, conduct time and motion studies, develop standard work, and collaborate with maintenance, quality and supply chain

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or IT Engineering.
• 6+ years of proven experience in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or Operational Excellence.
• Fluent in English and willingness to travel internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives to eliminate waste and improve performance.
• Design and optimize production systems, layouts, workflows and capacity models.
• Conduct time studies, motion studies and process analysis to establish standards and improvements.
• Develop and maintain standard work, SOPs and related documentation.
• Collaborate with PowerCo network sites to share best practices and drive standardization.
