Nextpower is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer – Steel Products in Valencia, Spain to lead engineering for steel components. You will collaborate with multiple teams to ensure manufacturability and support design releases through detailed engineering analysis.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of engineering experience in manufacturing, strong skills in steel fabrication processes, and must be fluent in English and Spanish. This position supports the renewable energy sector and offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects.

Formación

• 10+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing engineering for steel components.
• 5+ years experience in design for manufacturing.
• Strong experience in leading supplier-facing engineering activities.

Responsabilidades

• Drive concurrent engineering and supplier process readiness.
• Lead technical value engineering and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Conduct supplier factory readiness audits and support ramp execution.

Conocimientos

Fluent English and Spanish

Steel fabrication processes

Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma concepts

CAD collaboration capability

Educación

Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline
