imec Malaga seeks an experienced Facilities & Infrastructure Manager to lead the FAIN team, manage site assets and drive continuous improvement. You will report to the FAIN Ops Director in Leuven with Spanish regional reporting, ensuring safety, efficiency and compliant operations at the Malaga site.

The role requires handling financial planning, supplier coordination and end-to-end documentation, while fostering an inclusive, responsible and proactive work environment.

Formación

• Master’s degree (or equivalent by practice) in an industrial, technical or Facilities Management discipline.
• Proven track record in people management and leadership for at least 3 years.
• Strong financial, risk and project management skills; practical experience in budgeting is a plus.
• Fluent in Spanish; good level of English.
• Autonomous, proactive, resilient, and customer-oriented mindset.
• Experience with SAP and CAFM/FMIS tools; willingness to learn and adapt.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and inspire a team of internal and external FAIN professionals while fostering safety and inclusion.
• Manage relationships with internal customers, documenting needs and tracking targets.
• Ensure assets are properly managed through lifecycle with maintenance, repairs and improvements.
• Maintain a zero-incident mindset with risk assessment, continuous improvement and proactive actions.
• Coordinate sourcing and external suppliers, evaluate contracts and governance.
• Own technical documentation and end-to-end financial processes within the unit.
• Develop team competencies and plan succession within the unit.
