Imec is developing a cleanroom site in Malaga, Spain. As the Facilities & Infrastructure Manager, you will lead the buildings and services at the Malaga site, overseeing hard and soft services and driving continuous improvement. You will onboard for about 12 months at imec headquarters in Leuven.

You report to the FAIN Ops Director in Leuven with functional reporting to the Regional MD in Spain. You’ll manage the team, supplier relations, budgets and end-to-end facilities lifecycle in a safe,

Formación

• Master’s degree (or equivalent by practice) in industrial/technical or facilities management.
• Analytical mindset with understanding of financial, risk and project management.
• Proven leadership with at least 3 years experience and empathetic, structured leadership.
• Service minded, proactive, autonomous with strong communication in Spanish and English.
• Strong digital skills: Microsoft Office, CAFM/FMIS, SAP.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach and inspire a team of internal and external FAIN professionals.
• Manage relationships with internal customers and document needs.
• Ensure asset lifecycle management and safe, compliant operations.
• Maintain zero-incident mindset with risk assessment and continuous improvement.
• Oversee external suppliers and contracts to improve quality/cost.
• Own technical documentation and specs for buildings and installations.
• Manage end-to-end financial processes including budgeting and forecasting.
• Develop team competencies and succession planning.
