Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Stadium Retail Manager to lead and coordinate multiple retail locations within the stadium, supervising Store Managers and staff to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional fan experiences.

You will drive commercial performance, uphold brand standards, develop high-performing teams, and ensure smooth operations during matches and events across all venues in our Iberia region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing multiple retail locations in high-volume environments.
• Experience coordinating external suppliers and service providers.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a large team of Store Managers and staff to hit sales targets.
• Oversee daily retail operations across multiple locations and events.
• Define sales targets and KPIs for each location and monitor performance.
• Collaborate with HR, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, and Ops teams.
• Ensure excellent customer experience and brand standards at all venues.
• Maintain strong supplier relationships and on-site presence during events.
