Tsmg is seeking a Senior Autonomous Vehicle Technician to maintain and diagnose electric and autonomous fleets used in robotaxi operations across Europe. You will ensure uptime, safety, and readiness for daily deployment, working with AV operations leads, depot specialists, and engineering teams.

Responsibilities include preventive and corrective maintenance, advanced diagnostics, high‑voltage safety, software updates, and hands‑on repair, with shift-based work and cross‑department collaboration

Formación

• Minimum 5+ years hands-on automotive technician experience.
• Strong diagnostics, troubleshooting, maintenance and repair skills.
• Solid electrical/electronic vehicle systems understanding.
• Proficient with diagnostic tools and service software.

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on EV and autonomous vehicles.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, electronic, and software issues.
• Support high-availability fleets in 24/7 environments.
• Lead on-shift activities and mentor junior technicians.
• Document repair findings and service records accurately.
• Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to reduce downtime.
