TSMG in Europe seeks a Senior Autonomous Vehicle Technician to maintain, diagnose, repair, and ensure readiness of electric and autonomous vehicles used in robotaxi fleet operations. You will work closely with AV Operations leads, depot teams, and fleet operators to minimize downtime and ensure safety and reliability in daily deployments.

The role involves advanced diagnostics, high-voltage safety, software updates, and hardware checks across EV platforms, ADAS, and autonomous driving hardware.

Formación

• 5+ years hands-on experience as automotive/EV/diagnostic technician.
• Strong experience in diagnostics, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair.
• Solid knowledge of electrical and electronic vehicle systems.
• Experience using diagnostic tools and service software.
• Ability to follow strict safety procedures and work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electric and autonomous vehicles.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, electronic, and software issues.
• Support high-availability fleets in shift-based or 24/7 environments.
• Install, inspect, and replace autonomous driving hardware components.
• Maintain accurate service records and post-repair validation.
