TSMG Holding is seeking Senior Technicians to lead complex diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on electric and autonomous vehicle platforms. The role covers EV systems, high‑voltage components, and integrated self‑driving technology hardware and software.

The technician will guide junior teammates, perform advanced diagnostics, and ensure work complies with safety and quality standards in a rotating 24/7 schedule. English fluency is required; additional Spanish or German skills are a plus.

Formación

• 5+ years hands-on experience as automotive technician.
• Experience with electric vehicles or advanced automotive systems preferred.
• OEM certification in EV platforms is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of EV systems, high‑voltage safety, battery, and drivetrain.
• Experience with diagnostics tools and vehicle software systems.
• Able to work in rotating shifts, including 24/7 environments.
• Fluent English; German or Spanish a plus depending on location.

Responsabilidades

• Perform advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on electric and autonomous vehicle systems.
• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance tasks to ensure vehicle readiness and reliability.
• Carry out software updates, system calibrations, and configuration tasks.
• Support installation, replacement, and testing of hardware and software components related to autonomous driving systems.
• Act as the technical lead during shifts, guiding junior technicians.
• Ensure all maintenance and repair work meets safety, quality, and technical standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all performed work and updates.
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth vehicle flow and minimal downtime.
• Follow strict safety procedures when working with high-voltage EV systems.
• Support continuous improvement of technical processes and maintenance workflows.
