JA Solar GmbH in Madrid, Spain, seeks a Senior Business Analyst Europe to support digitalisation and transformation initiatives across Europe. You will bridge European business stakeholders, the Digitalisation team, and HQ in China to document requirements and ensure follow‑through.

You will also assist with market and commercial analysis to inform sales decisions, coordinating with HQ and European departments to implement suitable solutions.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3–8 years in business analysis or digitalisation roles, preferably in energy.
• Experience with cross‑functional and cross‑cultural projects is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Gather requirements from European departments and translate into clear specs.
• Coordinate digitalisation initiatives across Europe with HQ stakeholders.
• Prepare analyses and dashboards to support decision-making.
• Monitor progress, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
• Coordinate with European and Chinese teams to align solutions.
• Support market and commercial insights for sales decisions.
