Destinus seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager for Business Applications and ERP in Madrid. You will own end-to-end ERP and business-application programs, driving scope, budget, and governance across Finance, Operations, Production, HR, and IT.

You will manage partners, coordinate data migration, testing, cut-over, go-live and hypercare, while keeping leadership informed. You will translate requirements into clear designs, maintain knowledge transfer, and report on status, risks, and

Formación

• 10+ years of project management experience in ERP settings.
• Experience delivering full ERP lifecycles, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Strong governance, risk and budget tracking.
• Fluent English; German or Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own ERP and business applications projects end to end.
• Lead large cross-functional stakeholder groups across Finance, Operations, Production, HR and IT.
• Translate business requirements into system designs and decisions.
• Manage external implementation partners and consultants.
• Plan data migration, testing, cut-over planning, go-live and hypercare.
• Run project governance: steering committees, status reporting, risk/issue management.
• Coordinate integrations between business platforms and the wider IT landscape.
• Build in-house knowledge by documenting processes and configurations.
• Maintain transparent leadership reporting on status and decisions.
• Collaborate with executive stakeholders to align delivery expectations.
