Super is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead two squads in the Player Experience area, responsible for critical parts of the Sports Betting customer journey. You will build the team from scratch, drive technical excellence, and partner with Product Design, Data, and QA to ship reliable software.

You will mentor engineers, manage performance, and coordinate with stakeholders to align priorities and schedules, delivering high-quality features at scale.

Formación

• Proven experience leading software engineering teams.
• Strong ability to hire, grow, and retain engineers.
• Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Responsabilidades

• Lead two Engineering Squads in Player Experience, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
• Coach, mentor and conduct performance reviews for direct reports.
• Set priorities, timelines and collaborate with Product Design, Data and QA.
