Theron Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager to serve as the single point of contact between clients and delivery teams. You will manage the rollout of the NCCI and NCCA Platforms across multiple markets, ensuring project deliverables meet timelines and expectations.

With over 10 years of experience in project or engagement management and a strong background in life sciences or pharma, you will lead cross-functional teams and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and governance.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in project or engagement management.
• Background in life sciences, pharma, or enterprise SaaS delivery.
• Proficient in managing cross-functional teams across global time zones.
• Strong understanding of content platforms, tagging, and modular workflows.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the single point of contact between client and delivery teams.
• Manage rollout of NCCI and NCCA Platforms across multiple markets.
• Oversee training delivery, certification, and post-training support.
• Ensure technical and premium support meet SLA timelines.
• Track milestone-based deliverables and handle risk or issue escalation.
