Job summary

TFS HealthScience, a leading global mid-size CRO, seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead cross-functional clinical projects, ensuring delivery aligned with timelines, budget, and quality. You will serve as the central coordination point across Clinical, Data Management, Regulatory, and other teams, and maintain strong client relationships as part of our CDS team dedicated to one sponsor.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management in clinical research or CRO environments.
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial regulations (ICH-GCP).
• Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
• Finance and budget management experience.
• Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery ensuring timelines, scope, and budget are met.
• Manage cross-functional teams (Clinical, Data Management, Regulatory, etc.).
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor project performance, including financials and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Allocate and manage project resources in collaboration with line managers.
• Report progress and escalate issues where needed.
• Support business development activities, including proposals and bid defenses.
• Mentor junior Project Managers when required.
