Fluence, a global leader in energy storage and optimization software, is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to support the EMEA Sales team by translating customer requirements into optimized energy storage solutions and compelling proposals. You will guide customers through the sales process and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver turnkey projects.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of two years of relevant professional experience in the power industry.
• Proven ability to analyze and solve complex technical challenges.
• Experience with offer management and/or technical contract review.
• Experience with CRM platforms and engineering tools such as Salesforce and CAD.

Responsabilidades

• Partner closely with the EMEA Sales teams to transform customer requirements into compelling, optimized technical energy storage solution proposals.
• Build deep expertise in energy storage technologies and serve as a trusted technical advisor, providing product configuration guidance and support to Sales teams.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of sales tools and support materials that drive business success.
• Lead the evaluation and selection of installation contractor proposals, supporting seamless system integration and turnkey solution delivery.
• Collaborate with Sales teams to navigate and negotiate technical aspects of customer contracts.
• Capture and translate customer technical and application requirements into valuable insights that help shape future product roadmaps.
• Support the development of system designs that meet applicable local codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
