GE Vernova in Barcelona is looking for a Wind Turbine Certification Engineer to coordinate certification activities for wind turbines. You will lead the certification process, engage with teams, suppliers, and certification bodies.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering, significant engineering experience, and an understanding of IEC/IECRE certification processes. The role requires effective communication skills in English and offers a dynamic work environment focused on decarbonization and sustainable energy.

Formación

• Significant experience in engineering required.
• Ability to utilize business tools (PLM) to obtain information.
• 5% travel time required.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate activities for IEC/IECRE type certification.
• Main contact with certification body for all activities.
• Assist in defining certification strategy.

Conocimientos

Knowledge of IEC/IECRE certification guidelines

Understanding of wind turbine systems

Project Management principles

Effective communication skills in English

Educación

Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering

Master’s Degree or equivalent Advanced Degree
