Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced EHS Manager for major Data Center construction projects in Madrid. The role is site-based and requires a quality-driven professional with excellent client management and communication skills.

A proven track record in EHS leadership on large projects is essential. The ideal candidate will manage the EHS plan, lead safety meetings, oversee safety resources, and ensure compliance with client requirements and local codes, while promoting safety initiatives

Formación

• 8+ years' experience in EHS lead management on large projects.
• Experience on large scale, complex construction projects; Data Center experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and leadership; client-facing ability.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (speaking and writing).

Responsabilidades

• Ensure awareness among project managers regarding safety.
• Site-based project role.
• Prepare, implement, and monitor the project EHS plan.
• Lead safety meetings with Client and Trades.
• Supervise client's EHS oversight resources and outsourced personnel.
• Assess and approve contractor safety plans.
• Review high-risk activities and provide guidance.
• Lead investigations and root cause analyses; apply lessons learned.
• Ensure safety requirements and local codes are met; align with Safety Programme.
• Collaborate with Turner & Townsend safety initiatives.
