TSL is seeking an experienced MEP Construction Manager to lead onsite execution for Data Centre projects in Madrid. You will coordinate HVAC, electrical and plumbing installation, supervise subcontractors and ensure work is delivered safely, on time and to the required quality before commissioning and handover.

Fluent Spanish and English are required for an international environment. The role is site-based with strong emphasis on coordination with Project Managers, CSA teams and Commissioning

Formación

• Previous experience leading MEP construction activities on large scale projects.
• Strong background in MEP installation and construction management.
• Experience coordinating HVAC, electrical, plumbing and BMS systems.
• Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors in fast-track environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day onsite execution of all MEP construction activities.
• Coordinate installation works across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and BMS.
• Manage and supervise subcontractors to meet safety, schedule and quality targets.
• Plan labour, plant, materials and site logistics to maintain progress.
• Close-out documentation, testing records and handover preparation.
