Job summary

Planet is seeking a Senior Partnerships professional to manage a portfolio of in-store and online technology partners in Retail and Hospitality. You will leverage expertise in Payments, partner networks, and reseller landscapes to identify opportunities and drive joint value.

You will lead cross-functional teams to shape go-to-market initiatives, negotiate mutually beneficial agreements, and drive a healthy pipeline of new logos and cross-sell opportunities while ensuring top-tier partner

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of the Hospitality/Retail and Payments industries.
• Experience managing sizable Partners up to a senior engagement level.
• Proven ability to challenge the status quo and think strategically.
• Excellent commercial instincts with a track record of delivering business results.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of existing Partners to drive engagement and grow commercial relationships.
• Analyze the payments ecosystem to identify new partners and develop compelling business cases.
• Develop commercial partnerships and sign mutually advantageous agreements.
• Collaborate with Partners to build joint pipelines and co-sell opportunities.
• Support onboarding and ensure partners and merchants are serviced to a high standard.
• Craft joint value propositions and pitch them effectively to Planet, Partners, and customers.
• Set and monitor KPIs for each Partner and align with regional Sales teams.
• Coordinate with Product, Technology and Solution Consulting to prioritize integrations.
• Work with Partner Marketing to drive awareness and campaigns.
