PrimeVigilance Ltd. is seeking a Senior ICSR Manager to lead the ICSR Management Unit, ensuring effective staffing, resource allocation, and high-quality pharmacovigilance processing.

You will collaborate across departments to optimize productivity, drive budget-aware decisions, and mentor senior staff in a fast-paced environment. The role requires extensive pharmacovigilance experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication, with a focus on delivering compliant, timely safety data

Formación

• Life science graduate, pharmacy, nursing, or related healthcare qualification, or pharmacovigilance experience.
• Extensive experience in pharmacovigilance case processing including post marketing and clinical work.
• Leadership experience at a senior level.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the ICSR Management Unit and ensure productive staffing.
• Allocate resources to maximize productivity and utilization.
• Set project targets and adjust based on reports.
• Review budgets and support contract development.
• Mentor line managers and senior staff.
• Prepare analyses and reports for leadership.
