PrimeVigilance Ltd. is seeking a skilled leader to manage the ICSR Management Unit, ensuring high-quality processing and efficient use of resources. The role requires strong post-marketing pharmacovigilance experience and proven staff leadership across a multidisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate will drive productivity, coordinate with HR and Quality, and contribute to ongoing process improvements in a global pharmacovigilance environment.

Formación

• Extensive experience in pharmacovigilance case processing including post marketing and clinical.
• Leadership experience at a senior level with staff management.
• Strong analytical skills for workload, productivity and resource utilization.

Responsabilidades

• Managing the assigned ICSR Management Unit effectively.
• Setting productivity targets for ongoing projects and reviewing updates.
• Reallocating resources within ICSR units and coordinating with the resourcing unit.
• Overseeing Associate Directors and ensuring optimal utilization of staff.
• Liaising with Budget/Finance, HR and Quality to support project success.
