Ergomed is seeking an experienced pharmacovigilance professional to lead ICSR activities and manage a dedicated ICSR team. You will drive performance, enforce quality through KPI monitoring, and coordinate with other departments to ensure compliant PV processes.

With 5–6 years in PV and at least 3 years in a line management role, you will mentor staff, optimize workflows, and serve as local PV liaison with clear accountability for quality and timely deliverables.

Formación

• Life science degree or healthcare qualification required.
• 5–6 years in pharmacovigilance with at least 3 years in a line manager role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong organization, delegation, planning and time management abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support to project team activities for clients and Ergomed.
• Line manage assigned ICSR staff and monitor performance.
• Create and maintain project KPIs for ICSR activities to boost efficiency.
• Suggest process improvements to the ICSR Operational Lead.
• Manage ICSR deviations with operational support.
• Review trackers and timesheet data for accuracy.
• Participate in ICSR processing and 2nd QC of cases.
• Assist other departments per line manager instructions.
• Serve as team SME and support other SMEs as needed.
• Act as LCPPV for the country and PRLS for the language as agreed.
