PrimeVigilance, a global pharmacovigilance specialist, seeks a seasoned ICSR Management Leader to oversee the ICSR Management Unit. You will ensure delivery of unit-relevant activities, manage budgets, mentor Associate Directors, and coordinate with other departments to maintain high-quality safety processing.

Formación

• Life science or healthcare degree or equivalent experience in pharmacovigilance.
• Extensive experience in pharmacovigilance case processing including post-marketing, clinical and devices.
• Demonstrated senior-level leadership and team management capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the ICSR Management Unit and ensure delivery of unit-relevant activities.
• Ensure adequate resources and productivity targets for project teams; reallocate as needed.
• Report on workload, budgets and resource utilization; support Directors of Projects.
• Coordinate with Resourcing and other departments to optimize ICSR operations.
• Mentor and develop ICSR Line Managers and senior staff; engage with Quality/Compliance as needed.
