Ergomed seeks an experienced leader to manage the ICSR Management Unit, ensuring delivery of all unit activities and supporting Associate Directors. You will oversee budgets, resources, and cross-functional coordination to maintain high-quality safety processing.

The role combines staff leadership with process improvement, analytics, and recruitment support, shaping how we allocate talent and manage performance in our pharmacovigilance practice.

Formación

• Life science graduate, pharmacy, nursing, or other healthcare qualification or pharmacovigilance experience.
• Extensive experience in pharmacovigilance case processing including post marketing and clinical processing.
• Demonstrated leadership experience at a senior level.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the assigned ICSR Management Unit and ensure delivery of all unit activities.
• Provide budget reviews and support to Associate Directors, ICSR.
• Oversee workload analysis, productivity, and resource utilization; coordinate with other departments.
• Manage Directors and supervise staff to ensure optimal utilization and productivity.
• Propose changes to processes and implement best practices to increase productivity and utilization.
• Train and mentor ICSR line managers and senior staff; prepare analyses and reports.
