Job summary

Savant Network is partnering with a global industrial group to appoint a Senior Digital Workplace Architect based in Bilbao. You will define and evolve the global end-user computing architecture across IT and OT, own the standards, principles and roadmap, and ensure a secure, scalable experience for users across devices, locations and collaboration platforms.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in end user computing or workplace architecture.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows, MDM and VDI.
• Experience with device lifecycle, application packaging and IAM.
• Understanding of security frameworks and compliance.
• Fluent English and ability to work with international stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design end user computing solutions across desktop, laptop, mobile and VDI.
• Lead the architecture of Microsoft 365, Windows 11, Intune, Teams and SharePoint.
• Drive automation for device provisioning, app deployment, patching and configuration.
• Provide technical leadership to the outsourcing partner and oversee SLAs.
• Evaluate RFIs and RFPs and select suppliers and technologies.
• Maintain architecture standards, documentation and diagrams.

Savant Network is partnering with a global industrial group to find a Senior Digital Workplace Architect. This is a permanent, in-house role with global scope, based in Bilbao.

The role

You will define and evolve the company’s global digital workplace architecture across IT and Operational Technology environments. You will own the standards, principles and roadmap for end user computing, making sure employees have a secure, scalable and consistent experience across devices, locations and collaboration platforms.

You will work closely with cybersecurity, fellow architects (Cloud, Connectivity, Platforms and Security), business stakeholders and an outsourcing partner, reporting to the Lead of Digital Workplace.

What you will do

• Design end user computing solutions across desktop, laptop, mobile and VDI
• Lead the architecture of Microsoft 365, Windows 11, Intune, Teams and SharePoint
• Drive automation for device provisioning, app deployment, patching and configuration
• Provide technical leadership to the outsourcing partner and oversee SLAs
• Evaluate RFIs and RFPs and select suppliers and technologies

What you bring

• Understanding of security frameworks and compliance
• Fluent English and confidence working with international stakeholders

Nice to have

• PowerShell or Python
• ITIL, Power Platform, Teams Voice or Copilot
• Certifications such as MS-102, MS-700, SC-300 or AZ-305

Requirements
